A perfect storm is a rare combination of events or circumstances which create an unusually difficult situation. It can happen to any of us at any time, without warning. At the moment many of us across the globe are having to weather the perfect storm created by #COVID-19.

As I tell my story about the stormy situation I endured in 2018, I share with you the tools I’ve applied from my Mental Fitness Kitbag which may help you too.

This is how I navigated my journey, nurtured my wellbeing, chose a positive mindset, built my resilience, took action, celebrated my successes and assembled my team so once again I could embrace my adventure and enjoy living life to the full.

Having worked in the NHS and coached for over 25 years I know these are useful tools which anyone can apply to their situation, so they not only survive and weather the storm, but they can emerge and thrive too.
